Q and A Apologetics

Q. Kung ang pagsunod sa kalooban/utos ng Diyos ay isa sa mga ‘sangkap’ para maligtas, kaya niyo bang sundin lahat ng utos ng Diyos? Pakisagot po. Thanks

A. Parang medyo may pagkafallacy yung tanong mo Sis. Pero ito, tandaan na ang pananamapalataya ay dapat gumagawa kalakip ng pag-ibig (Gal. 5:6), and according to 1 Jn 1:5 ” In fact, this is love for God: to keep his commands. And his commands are not burdensome, ”

Parang ganto yang tanong mo, HINDI MO NA BA KAILANGANG IBIGIN ANG DIOS PARA MALIGTAS? Ano sagot mo? syempre kailangang ibigin mo ang Dios. Tanong PAANO MO MAPAPATUANYANG TUNAY NA INIIBIG MO ANG DIOS? Ang sabi ng Biblia ” this is love for God: to keep his commands. ”

Now ang tanong mo is kung kaya bang sundin lahat ng utos ng Dios..ang sagot is, we as christians are striving to do the will of God and to keep his commands, jesus said: ” Strive to enter through the narrow door; for many, I tell you, will seek to enter and will not be able. ” (Luke 13:24) Apostle paul says: ” I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus. ” (Philippians 3:14), ” For this purpose also I labor, striving according to His power, which mightily works within me. ” (Colossians 1:29), ” You have not yet resisted to the point of shedding blood in your striving against sin; ” (Hebrews 12:4), ” Now I urge you, brethren, by our Lord Jesus Christ and by the love of the Spirit, to strive together with me in your prayers to God for me, ” (Romans 15:30), “Therefore, my dear friends, as you have always obeyed–not only in my presence, but now much more in my absence–continue to work out your salvation with fear and trembling,” (Phil. 2:12).

And we know and we are hoping, after our struggles, by the grace of God (Phil. 2:13) and after we endure until the end (Matt. 10:22), after we finish the race (1 Corinthians 9:25) and kept the faith (2 Tim. 4:7), we know and we hope that we have the crown of life which God promised those who loved him (Js. 1:12), and we know that the true love for God is to keep his commands (i Jn. 1:5) until the end and strive to do his will even there are times that we fail.
