How can a Church own a school but Don’t allow the poor to Attend it?

First of all, the Catholic Church itself does not own a School even a Bishop doesn’t own it. But the Religious Orders are the one who owned the Schools.

May mga Student na nag aaral sa mga Government school na hindi nakakagraduate kasi ang mahal na din ng Tuition Fee niyan and that is a Government School bakit hindi nalang ilibre? At tiyaka as far as I know that is the JOB of the Government to give and provide a proper education for the people of the Country, not the Church but the Church helps the Government have you notice that?

O BINULAG NA LAMANG KAYO NANG INYONG GALIT KAMANG-MANGAN SA KATOTOHANAN?
